Approximately every 3 months CSI produces a company newsletter which is sent out via email. This communication is in addition to our fortnightly blogs and the newsletter format gives us the chance to go into a little more detail in certain areas and of course cover off multiple topics.
While many of our customers receive both the blogs and the newsletters, the content and audience are slightly different in our newsletter and if you are not currently receiving our newsletter drop us a line and we can add you to the database.
The latest newsletter was sent out last month and included a review of the CSI Premium page, our new Auckland office, and an in-depth overview of the team that makes up CSI.
We used the newsletter channel to highlight change as there has been a lot of movement in the CSI community. While the overall success is usually credited to the company itself, like a lot of companies, it is behind the scenes that the team members make a significant contribution to the success that CSI enjoys.
From Engineering to Biochemistry, Mechatronics, Estimators, Marketing, Accounts support, Administration, General Manager, and finally our Media consultant – there is a wealth of specialty services that CSI calls upon to help deliver the quality service our clients have come to expect. Our newsletter gives us a fantastic channel to highlight the extensive levels of experience within the team.
Along with the great team, we also have many resources available for customers to access, our August newsletter highlighted our premium page which includes technical papers designed for our industry.
