CSI are thrilled to share exciting news this month of October with reports now able to be delivered efficiently! We also are welcoming new skilled staff on board with us this month from overseas who are ready to hit the ground running. Read on to find out the latest news.
CSI would like to thank their patient customers who have put up with some long report delivery times during the Covid situation. We are thrilled to let you all know that we now have the ability to produce reports as we used to; within 2-3 weeks (depending on complexity of course).
We do hear from other businesses that have faced similar problems – that getting new and qualified staff to replace those who have left throughout Covid has been a real problem. This has definitely been the case for CSI.
Having said that, the team has just grown by 3 new staff. Those managing new recruits have just ‘broken through’ some of the Immigration hold-ups, and more Civil and Mechanical Engineers appear to be available in the workforce. We also have access to remote reporting capabilities in the UK.
Once again we thank you sincerely for your patience; CSI are very excited to ‘get moving’ again and offer you a premium service which we strive to set as our benchmark!!
We are pleased to announce that we have 3 new staff recruited from overseas that are joining the CSI team. Juan will be working with the Wellington team. Aman and Jaiz will be joining the Auckland team!
Find out more about them below.
We would like to welcome Juan Matias Mayo!
“I am Juan, a Civil Engineer from Argentina looking to learn new skills and develop my career. I like to work in teams and solve problems, I enjoy learning from others. As an Engineer I like to understand how things work, that includes people and different kinds of societies. That is why I decided to travel outside of my country. In the professional world as an Engineer I have been able to acquire many hours of experience in leadership and communication, as well as in my private life I approach problems constructively with methods and tools.
My previous work experience; mainly at a hydroelectric dam (which is the biggest project in Argentina and involves several engineering areas), has given me a critical eye to ensure the quality of the work. Plus I have acquired a lot of technical knowledge. I am very excited to start this new stage of my professional career at CSI, I will do my best to contribute to the team.”
Juan will be working with the Wellington team.
CSI would like to welcome Ibadurrahman Bin Mohd Azjaruddin (Aman)!
“Hello, I am Ibadurrahman (Aman) previously a Petroleum Engineer graduated from a Top 30 World University. Recently, I am excited to have been given an opportunity to be part of Concrete Structure Investigation’s Ltd (CSI) organization, a company that is in constant growth as an expert in Non-Destructive Testing of concrete and steel.”
We would also like to welcome Jaiz Joy who has a history in Mechanical Engineering!
“I am passionate about my work because I love what I do. I try to find a steady source of motivation that drives me to do my best. Always keen to learn new skills and develop my knowledge and excel myself and am ready to take up the challenges as they can provide new opportunities. On a personal note I also love to explore new places and foods when I get a break.”
